Colour: White & Dark Dark Brown/Black Pinto
Health: Excellent - No Known Health Issues
Lameness: Has Foundered in the Past. His Hay/Grass Intake Will Need to Be Monitored Carefully in the Future so that he does not Founder again. Best suited to a home with 24/7 turnout with a shelter, limited grass and no round bales. Timothy square bales are best for Cisco. He is currently sound and we have been riding him once a week, and hope to start taking him on trails as soon as school is out.
Vices: None
Personality: Friendly. Easy to Catch, Lead, Tie, Groom, Trim, Trailer, etc. Good with other horses, ponies and donkeys, but best if turned out with geldings only as he tends to get overly attached to mares and therefore tends not to be his normal quiet happy self when you are trying to ride him or groom him, as he he frets about being away from the girls, but was never bothered when being away from the boys.
History/Training: Companion/Pet, Green Broke for Pleasure Riding/Trails
Future/Suitability: Pleasure Riding & Trails and Perhaps much more if you are careful with him and keep him sound!

We accept email money transfers or cash. We no longer accept cheques due to all of the NSF cheques we have received in the past. We have at least $2000+ invested into Cisco with his hay, feed, supplements, deworming, farrier, etc. We will never recoup what we have into Cisco so we understand we will be taking a huge loss, and we are used to that, but we do need to get something for him, as we cannot help more horses, ponies and donkeys until we find good homes for the ones that are here. The adoption fees are very important in keeping HCW running. Cisco needs and deserves a good permanent loving home. He has been patiently waiting since March '09.
