Barn Name: Harry
Breed: Clydesdale/Quarter Horse Cross (or so we were told in the auction ring)
DOB: Unknown (sometime in 2009)
Height: Approx 14hh (will measure)
Age: Yearling
Gender: Colt
Colour: Dark Bay
Health: Excellent
Lameness: Sound. His feet don't appear to have ever been trimmed, but nothing a few good trims won't fix
Vices: None
Personality: Good with William and the dogs, but very shy to catch still and doesn't appear to be halter broke. Will update you this week as we spend more time with him. We have shown him what treats are so now he is starting to come around a bit.
History/Training: Unknown, Purchased from an Auction. Doesn't look like anyone has done anything with him in a while, if ever. His feet are in rough shape, his halter looks like it's never been taken off, he has caked on cow manure all over him. Doesn't appear to be halter broke
Future/Suitability: With Training He Should be Suitable for Riding or Driving, English or Western, Show or Pleasure
Adoption Fee/Purchase Price: Currently accepting offers. So in short, Harry will be adopted to the best suited home, with the best approved application and the best offer!! We accept email money transfers or cash. We no longer accepted cheques due to all the NSF cheques we have received in the past. We cannot help more horses, ponies and donkeys until we find good homes for the ones that are here. The adoption fees are very important in keeping HCW running.
