Health: Excellent
Lameness: Currently very sound but had previously foundered in front feet in spring 2009, so you will need to be careful that he doesn't get any spring grass or alfalfa hay
Vices: None
Personality: Friendly, Easy to catch, lead, groom, tie, trim, trailer, etc. Good with other horses, ponies and donkeys. Lower end of the pecking order. Pushy when leading if there is grass around! Loves to be with other small ponies and minis.
History/Training: Halter broke only, not yet broke to ride or drive - we have recently started some ground driving with him and he seems to enjoy it
Future/Suitability: Companion/Pet, or with training he could be suitable for riding or driving
Adoption Fee/Purchase Price: Was: $800 obo - Now: MAKE AN OFFER - All Offers/Trades/Donations in exchange for his adoption fee will be "considered". We accept email money transfers or cash. We no longer accept cheques due to all of the NSF cheques we have received in the past. We have well over $800 invested into Norman and we know we will never recoup what we have into Norman so we understand we will be taking a huge loss, and we are used to that, but we do need to get something for him, as we cannot help more horses, ponies and donkeys until we find good homes for the ones that are here. The adoption fees are very important in keeping HCW running. Norman needs and deserves a good permanent loving home. He has been patiently waiting for the right home since Aug '09.
